Candied citrus

A sweetened spirit whose principal identity comes from citrus. Orange, lemon, grapefruit and other citrus directions can emphasize peel oils, fresh fruit, pith bitterness or candied character. The balance between aromatic brightness and sweetness is more informative than colour alone.
