Basic techniques
3 classic cocktails. Demo & tasting: Collins/Highball/Fizz, Classic Sour, Spiritus
Practice!

Class will run from 6-7:30 and will include snacks. $35 per person. Your instructor is Michael, our Front of the House manager and a former distinguished bartender, a lover of libations, and when not at Black Flannel, can be found or not found out fly fishing. He is excited to share the basics of cocktail creation and execution just in time for your holiday gatherings.
