Course 2: Beet Root Tartare, Whipped Ricotta, Pickled Baby Vegetables, Cranberry Glaze, Candied Rosemary paired with 12 Hour Sour with Woodruff Syrup

Course 3: Trout A La Plancha, Chanterelles, Confit Potato, Spring Pea paired with Birra D’Oro Italian Pilsner

Course 4: Roasted Porchetta, Almond Mole, Herbed Salad, Gremolata paired with Velnias Baltic Porter

Course 5: Honey poached pears wrapped in puff pastry paired with Black Flannel Distilling Black Gold Whiskey
