Background
Distilled from 400 pounds of wild low-bush Maine blueberries and Turbinado sugar, then aged for two months on un-charred VT White Oak staves.
All of our Garden Spirit Series are delicately twice-distilled to retain the nose and flavor from the fruit or vegetable that they are distilled from.
