CLASS: Beer Off-flavor Tasting

Learn how to identify some off the most common off flavors in beer from our staff of Certified Cicerones. Learn the sources of off flavors, how to detect them, avoid them in beer service, and a walk-through tasting of beer with actual off flavors (using off-flavor kits from the Siebel Institute). Also included with the class is a curated tasting of Black Flannel beers that DO NOT have off flavors.
