Alison Turner, better known as AliT, is a singer-songwriter based in Vermont. Once described as “a less-neurotic Alanis Morissette”, the songstress records and performs a heartfelt and unique style of indie pop. Having started writing songs at the age of seven, Ali has developed into an introspective songwriter and versatile performer. In 2018, she played a six-state New England Brewery Tour and was a finalist in Vermont’s Seven Daysies for Best Vocalist and Best Pop Artist (2018, 2019). In October 2019, she released her sophomore album “Smoke & Mirrors”, which ushered in several positive reviews and a big album release show with her full band at Higher Ground in Burlington, Vermont. During the pandemic Ali used her down time to create – producing a music video for a new single, “Down (Wonderland)”, and in February 2021 released a new album, “The Makeover”, a collection of remastered songs she never properly released in the past.
