The cucumber juice used in this cocktail is literally juiced hours before mixing at VT Juice Company in Burlington. The fresh juice cannot be matched with any other product out there.

Fresh cucumber hits your nose as soon as the can is cracked. The cucumber is balanced on the palette with a mint simple syrup sweetness and lime juice. The Gin character is subtle but present, rounding out the finish on this delectable cocktail.

Made with fresh and local ingredients including our own Black Flannel London Dry Gin.

So good it will make you think you can eat 50 hard boiled eggs in an hour. (Don’t do it!)

Pour in a rocks glasses and serve over ice. Garnish with a lime twist.
