This cocktail definitely leads with the ginger. Fresh ginger juice adds a nice spice to the front and finish of this cocktail. The cinnamon intensifies the spice a bit, but the lime, pineapple, and simple syrup balance the spice nicely.
Made with fresh and local ingredients including our own Black Flannel Crow’s Nest Rum
Pour in a rocks glasses and serve over ice. Garnish with a lime twist.
