This is a classic Paloma with a slight twist (of cinnamon that is). Fresh grapefruit balanced with agave is the star here. A mild salinity rounds out the mound feel in this refreshing and highly attractive fever dream of a cocktail.
Made with fresh and local ingredients including our own Black Flannel Agave Dream tequila-style spirit.
Pour in a rocks glasses and serve over ice. Garnish with a lime twist.
