Recipe
Ingredients
1 Lobster
1/2 lbs Fresh Shrimp
1/2 lbs Clams
1/2 lbs Mussels
1 lbs Crawfish (Must be fresh)
1/2 lbs Andouille Sausage
1/2 lbs Potatoes (Pre-Cooked)
1 Whole ear Corn(Pre-Cooked)
1 Lemon Juiced
1 tbsp Salt
3oz Butter
2oz Hot Sauce
16oz Black Flannel Pale Ale
1 Cup House Cajun Spice Blend
Method:
Place all shellfish, veggies, sausage and beer in a large pot and steam on low till each mussel opens and the lobster is red.
In a 2 gallon ziplock bag add melted butter, hotsauce, lemon and spices.
Once all seafood is cooked thoroughly place it in the ziplock bag and shake the bag to incorporate all the spices and sauce.
Open the bag and enjoy!
