Ingredients
1 Lobster
1/2 lbs Fresh Shrimp
1/2 lbs Clams
1/2 lbs Mussels
1 lbs Crawfish (Must be fresh)
1/2 lbs Andouille Sausage
1/2 lbs Potatoes (Pre-Cooked)
1 Whole ear Corn(Pre-Cooked)
1 Lemon Juiced
1 tbsp Salt
3oz Butter
2oz Hot Sauce
16oz Black Flannel Pale Ale
1 Cup House Cajun Spice Blend
Method:
- Place all shellfish, veggies, sausage and beer in a large pot and steam on low till each mussel opens and the lobster is red.
- In a 2 gallon ziplock bag add melted butter, hotsauce, lemon and spices.
- Once all seafood is cooked thoroughly place it in the ziplock bag and shake the bag to incorporate all the spices and sauce.
- Open the bag and enjoy!
