Background
Distilled from 400 pounds of blended local raspberry purée with Turbinado sugar, then aged for two months on un-charred VT White Oak staves.
All of our Garden Spirit Series are delicately twice-distilled to retain the nose and flavor from the fruit or vegetable that they are distilled from.
The Result?
This spirit has a raspberry nose, raspberry on the palate, oaky-vanilla finish with a hint of baking spices.
And like all our spirits, there is no back-sweetening or additional flavoring added. What you taste is how it comes off the still… the mark of an exceptional distiller.
