Sensory Evaluation: How to Taste Beer

This 90 minute class will cover basic ingredients used in brewing, techniques to evaluate appearance, aroma, flavor, mouthfeel, the basics of off flavors, and connecting beer to their agricultural roots. Tickets are $25 per person to cover beer and other ingredients used in this class, and a taster glass to take home. Limit 20 people. Tickets are non-refundable and issued on a first come first served basis.
