COURSE 1: Burrata. Mushroom Conserva, Herb Salad.
COURSE 2: Vermont Pork Belly, Spiced Maple, Peach Mostarda.
COURSE 3: Beef Ragout, Fresh Gigli pasta, Spiced Bread Crumble.
COURSE 4: Raspberry Cheesecake with Black Flannel Crows Nest Rum caramel.
