On Arrival: Prepare your palate with our North German Style Pilsner or Dent Head Kölsch-Style Ale.
COURSE 1: Marinated Beets – Tahini, Pickled Ginger paired with our Barrel Aged Berliner Weisse “Zwölf” Dosed with Woodruff Syrup.
COURSE 2: Beef – Onion Soubise, Mushroom – Paired with Corbeau Rouge Super-Saison.
COURSE 3: Smoked Duck – Cauliflower, Spiced Maple paired with Vermont Heavy Old Ale.
COURSE 4: House Made Stout Cake – topped with Black Flannel Vermont Common Whiskey Caramel, Crème Fraîche, paired with Black Hole Sun Caribbean Rum Barrel Aged Imperial Stout.
