Basics of Food & Beer Pairing

This 90 minute class will cover all basic principles of pairing food with beer. The course will show sample menus for meals curated by Certified Cicerones. Participants will have the opportunity to pair a few small food items with beer all produced at Black Flannel’s Brewpub. The $40 ticket includes all food and beer used for sample tastings. Limit 16 people. Tickets are non-refundable and issued on a first come fist served basis.
