Tom is an English blues guitarist based in Burlington, VT and the bandleader of the Tom Caswell Band.

The band features the supreme talents of Missisquoi Slim, Ben Weber and Jeff Salisbury and as a unit they never fail to get the crowd jumping and dancing.
